Along Route 3 in Hopkinton, floodwaters encroach on lowest lying homes in French Village. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 6.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 7.3 feet tomorrow evening.
