Additional heavy showers are located across Central and West Oahu. Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour. The Waiahole Stream has reached 11 feet, which could cause flooding along Kamehameha Highway at Waiahole Valley Road. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
