In Oklahoma, Cherokee, Muskogee, Okfuskee, Sequoyah, Adair, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Okmulgee, Ottawa, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner, McIntosh, and Pittsburg Counties. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Visibilities are expected to be reduced to less than one quarter mile by dense fog. Rapidly changing visibility will create hazardous driving conditions. If driving, slow down, use your low beam headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.

Neosho River near Commerce affecting Ottawa County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce. * WHEN...Until Friday evening. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs. Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.2 feet early Tuesday morning.
