However, some patchy freezing rain is also possible near Cartwright and Black Tickle, especially over elevated terrain where temperatures will be coldest. Precipitation will fall as mostly as a mixture of snow and ice pellets west of Crooks Lake, where near 10 centimetres of accumulation is likely to occur. ### Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery.
