Black Tickle to Lodge Bay: 30 to 45 mm. Time span: continuing through tonight for Cartwright and vicinity and through Thursday for Black Tickle to Lodge Bay. Remarks: The rain is expected to change to a mixture of snow and/or freezing rain on Thursday before it ends, especially over areas in and near Cartwright. ### Rainfall warnings are issued when significant rainfall is expected.
