Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine Counties. Cedar River at Cedar Rapids affecting Cedar County. Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County. Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa... Iowa River at Marengo affecting Benton and Iowa Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Cedar River at Cedar Bluff. * WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Agricultural land is flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 16.9 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 16.0 feet. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas.
