Raccoon River at Des Moines Fleur Dr affecting Polk County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...The Iowa River near Tama Hwy E49, or from Timber Creek near Le Grand...to Salt Creek near Belle Plaine. * WHEN...Until early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 13.4 feet, Water affects portions of 340th St at H Ave. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon and continue falling and remain below flood stage. - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
