In northeast Kansas, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, Nemaha and Pottawatomie. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
