City parks and recreation areas along the river begin to flood (Fargo). All storm sewer lift stations are in operation (Fargo). * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 16.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow evening and continue rising to 23.5 feet early Monday afternoon.
