Some heavy rainfall has already occurred over parts of Dodge and Mower counties in southeast Minnesota near a stationary boundary. Additional rainfall, some heavy is forecast to occur with storms this morning as deeper moisture and a storm system approaches the area. More rain overspreads the area again this afternoon as the storm system moves through.
