Between 0.5 and 5.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring in Manuelitas Creek, and probably many other drainages. Debris flow is expected and will likely consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
