Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Warm temperatures are melting an abundant snowpack in the mountains and accelerating the runoff into rivers and streams. Overnight temperatures above freezing are rapidly melting the snowpack in the higher elevations above 9500 feet.
